When the pattern follows you from situation to situation, the misalignment is in you, not the structure around you. This is one-on-one work on what's running underneath your own leadership. The inherited roles, the over-functioning, the loyalties effort can't reach.
Month one is diagnostic. You leave with the ALIGN5 Operating System, a written framework built around you, that you own. The middle four months move between the five pillars based on what the diagnostic surfaces. The final month closes the work cleanly and names what's complete.
